1. Delivery Areas
- Domestic (Greece): We ship to all locations across mainland Greece and the islands.
- International: We ship worldwide to selected destinations within and outside the European Union (e.g., Cyprus, Germany, France, USA, etc.)
2. Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Domestic Delivery (Greece): 1 to 3 business days (remote or inaccessible areas may require an additional 1–2 business days).
- International Delivery: 5 to 12 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
3. Shipping Costs
- Domestic Shipping (Greece): Flat rate of [€3.50] per order.
- Free Domestic Shipping: Valid for orders over [€60.00].
- International Shipping: Calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination.
4. Courier Services & Tracking
- We partner with trusted courier services [ACS, Geniki Taxydromiki, DHL].
- Once your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number to follow your delivery status online.
5. Delays & Force Majeure
- Tropical Vibes is not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, national strikes, peak holiday seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-EU Orders)
- For orders shipped outside the European Union, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office before purchasing.
- For orders shipped within the European Union, all prices include VAT. No additional taxes or duties will be charged at delivery.
